Duke Udson is an AKC Champion!!!

Duke Udson Junior de la Demeure Combreenne attained his AKC Champion at the Dekalb Kennel Club Show last weekend.  Congratulations to Fabienne and Jean-Michel of Mont Rebellis Kennel in France, on there wonderful boy Duke.  It is a true pleasure to have him with us.  Not only does Duke have wonderful structure and type; his temperament is his real stand-out quality.  His qualities were certainly consistantly recognized by our American judges as Duke very quickly achieved his Championship in the USA.  So we add AKC Champion to Dukes amazing achievements in the show rings of Europe.  Way to go Duke!

Hip dysplasia (HD) in dogs is affected to a larger degree than previously believed by the environment in which puppies grow up.

It is particularly during the period from birth to three months that various environmental factors appear to influence the development of this disease. During the puppy stage, preventive measures can therefore be recommended with a view to giving dogs disposed to the condition a better quality of life.

Duke Udson is coming to the USA!

We are excited to announce that Duke Udson Junior de la Demeure Combreenne will be staying with us from late February to early September of 2012.  Duke is one of the top Dogues in Europe today and has already achieved his International, European and Luzumberg Championships.

Duke will be available for Stud during his stay.  Contact us early if you hope to use Duke in an upcoming breeding as we are sure his Calendar will fill up quickly.

We thank Fabienne and Jean-Michel of the de Mont Rebellis show kennel in France for entrusting Duke to us and making him more accessible to breeders in the United States.  We know it is not easy for them to let him out of there sight.

You can view detailed information (Fabienne puts us all to shame in terms of maintaining her website) on Duke at the following link - http://www.demontrebellis.com/chien_details.php?id_chien=31
